How To Register

Follow the guidelines below to register for WICO 2026. All registrations for both Authors/Presenters and Non-Presenter Participants are processed through our Registration Page.

Submit Paper & Register

For researchers and scholars who wish to submit manuscripts for presentation and publication in Atlantis Press proceedings.

Participant Registration

For attendees joining keynotes, technical sessions, and networking events without submitting a paper.

Registration & Paper Submission Steps

Submit Your Paper (Authors) / Fill Form (Participants)

Authors prepare manuscripts using the official template and submit via EDAS. Non-presenter participants fill in the Google Form available on the registration page.

Peer Review Process (For Authors)

Submitted manuscripts will undergo a rigorous peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers and the Technical Program Committee.

Receive Acceptance Notification

Authors will receive review decisions on 14 September 2026 along with revision instructions if required.

Submit Camera Ready Paper

Accepted authors upload their final revised manuscript and fulfill publication requirements before 11 October 2026.

Complete Registration & Payment

Visit the Registration page to complete payment details and confirm participation before the deadline.

Attend WICO 2026

Present your research or participate in keynote and parallel sessions on 11–12 November 2026.
