📄 Submission & Review
All manuscripts must be submitted through the official EDAS Conference Management System. Detailed instructions are available on the Submission Guidelines page.

Yes. Every submission undergoes a peer-review process conducted by qualified reviewers and members of the Technical Program Committee.
📚 Publication
Only accepted papers that are registered and presented during WICO 2026 will be considered for publication in the official conference proceedings.
No. Indexing decisions are made independently by publishers and indexing services. The organizing committee cannot guarantee inclusion in any specific database.
📝 Registration
Yes. Student registration categories are available according to the official registration fee schedule.
Refund requests are governed by the official Refund Policy published on the conference website.
🎓 Participation
Yes. WICO 2026 will be conducted in a hybrid format, allowing participants to join either onsite in Bandung or online.
Yes. E-certificates will be provided to registered participants after the conference.
